Duty Roster (Posted D1, Early AM)

Posted in the galley where everyone can see it, a bit of parchment in the Captain's broad scrawl proclaims the results of the last week's training.

The Duty Stations are guidelines for where the "HQ" is, not necessarily where the PC's will spend all their time. If something comes up that calls for a person to go elsewhere they'll move (for example if a ballista is damaged, obviously the repair crew is going to be on the aftdeck instead of in the hold). Those not highlighted have generic sailing jobs like trimming sail and swabbing the deck or battle training. Each PC will get a post in their PF as to which two 'slots' they are authorized for... you may swap around your duties, temporarily or permanently (thus incurring favors/paying debts) so long as they get the 'crew's approval' (AKA, clear it with a GM). Please note that NPC's are also listed (save the Captain, who is, you know, Captaining)...they too may be swapped with.

It is assumed that every PC reports to their assigned Duty, even if there isn't a thread made, unless otherwise stated. During battles/major occurrences, obviously it is expected people will move to where the action is.

Duty Station: Foredeck (General Sailing/Scouting Duties/Navigation training)

Duty Station: Below Decks (Medics/Crafters)

Afternoon Shift (Mid Afternoon - Mid Evening): Daidoji Fuichi, Shiba Nozomi, Bayushi Kichirou , Yoritomo Choukichi

Green = Scout
Blue = Medic
Purple = Artisan/Maintenance
Orange = Ballistaer

Addendums for clarity:

1. This is a set roster. It will not change, barring fatalities or a proven increase in skills that would inspire a move.

2. Even if your PF Duty post doesn't include it, everyone is cleared for General Sailor. If you see that on your sheet, it's because you don't have two specialties.4

3. If you are a warrior/battle caster on the Foredeck, you can still fight from there. It just means you're not expected to board/fire ballista.
