[Day 8 - Early Morning] Survivors - Open

[Usagi Zenko]

He nods. "Hai...I think I might."

He offers a smile, "My enemies at least..." The smile fades though. "I get what you mean though. Thanks." He sighs, the breath coming out slowly. "Its a lot to think about."

[Isawa O-Washi]

"This is so, and it will take you some weeks to come to terms with it. That is normal and you shouldn't be concerned if it takes a bit longer, so long as you do not shirk your duties to brood."

[Amaya]

A groaning grumble came from a semi-conscious Amaya. She half rose from where she lay on her cot and glanced towards the two of them. Something close to a salute started and she winced, lying back. "Some'un kill th'barkeep. Spikin drinks," she muttered half to herself, lying back and sighing.

Why the hell am I still alive...?

[Isawa O-Washi]

The big Isawa moved to her side at once, bringing a cup of water with him, complete with drinking reed. "Easy, shipmate." He gave her his best smile. "Here, you need fluids to replace your blood. Drink this, first, and if you want a bit more substantial fare you can have miso, too, though not until I change your bandages."

[Usagi Zenko]

Zenko nods to the Isawa's words and is about to speak when Amaya does.

"Ah...should I go get the soup?" he offers, taking a step forward and looking worried.

[Isawa O-Washi]

"That would be a help, arigatou, Usagi-san." Though speaking to the Hare, the gunso was still watching Amaya, helping her drink so she wouldn't choke and start coughing and aggravate her injuries.

[Usagi Zenko]

Zenko does just that, heading for the galley, bowing once.

Zenko returns with the bowl of miso soup carefully balanced in both hands, barely looking up for fear of spilling on the way.
