Dageki smiled. "That's good to hear at least. Still my little sister. Hate to see her suffer. Good girl, obedient and strong." He paused. "Maybe I won't get get too much punishment for this life and I can get on to the next one before too long." The ashigaru's tone showed he wasn't too certain one way or another though.

Hoshi was quick to lift a brow at the heimen. "I don't think I'll be needing such a favour...Thanks for the intention though. I'll take what the Fortunes wish of me as is."

Dageki shrugs. "Probably for the best if I don't anyway." He smiles. "Best not to get yourself too involved in the Fortunes business, neh?"

"Mm. It's something I've learned happens whether one wishes or not. Irony is always a keep element in every story where the Fortunes are most pervasive. Every little bit is always encouraging. It's unlikely mortal men can twist the Fortunes but it's the reason why prayers are never irrelevant." Hoshi said softly, as if repeating something she heard before.

Hoshi release a small breath, comforting heimen wasn't something she did very often, at all really. There was little to be said when they weren't really samurai. "Carry the Fortunes then." She honoured him with a bow.
