[Day 5, Early Morning Main Building] - Search Party (Open)

[Bayushi Kichirou]

It didn't take long in the morning hours to realize one of his clan mates was missing. Bayushi Kichirou was determined to make sure that didn't stay true for the day and had donned his armor and daisho...just in case.

He would give it some time to collect others and then head out to find his wayward cousin.

[Yasuki Himiko]

Himiko was certainly there, no small amount of annoyance on her face. "One day," she muttered, "and someone's already unaccounted for."

The embassy was...

Well, it certainly wasn't quiet nor were the samurai posted to Lanka up in arms regarding the woman's disappearance. They were calm, ordered and organized as the ashigaru from the previous guard shift were questioned. A few of the embassy glance at the two hohei from the Half Moon.

Kiyo wanders into the yard stiffling a yawn as she contemplates how to go about her duty for the day when she spots two other crewmembers. She approaches, eyeing the Scorpion all up in arms and armor, "Ohiyo, what's going on?"

[Ichiro Yakusoku]

Yakusoku had heard the whispers around and lingered on the edge of the search, listening. One amongst their number was missing and already it had her in a foul mood. Not the way she wished to begin any day, let alone another in Lanka.

It wasn't long before a few of the embassy samurai filter out in pairs, armed but unarmoured. They didn't go all at once but staggered their exits.

Watching as the 'local' samurai pair up and filter out of the embassy he turns to the trio he has served with, "My cousin, Bayushi Hoshi has gone missing. I know the samurai posted here are going to be looking for her but I cannot in good conscience not go myself. I think they have the right opinion of how to go about it however. If we could pair up and search the various parts of Lanka we would stand a better chance of locating her as well as the added safety of a partner."
