It's several minutes later when Kaito come trotting back towards the group slowing down a bit as he approaches. His clothing was still wet but it looked as if the sea air had done at least a little to dry it. Bowing politely to the gunso he speaks. "Gunso I have word from the captain."

The gunso, who'd watched the other two labor in silence to see just if they did it right without prodding, turned to Kaito. "Let's hear it then, Yoritomo-san."

"Of course Isawa-san." Hikaru says before helping him with rope.

As the Yoritomo comes back he listens intently to here what the captains orders are.

Winding in large loops over one side of the oar, he then let Hikaru do the same on the other to keep it balanced. Then doing as best he could to oscillate sides, the pair worked to do as the gunso had instructed. In all honestly, what went on aboard the ship, at least in terms of problems and solution, was mostly a matter of common sense. Junpei just hoped he had enough.

"Hai, Gunso. He said to tell you that we are looking for a ship from the Ivory Kingdoms and whatever did this to em. That if we spot the wreckage we are to stop and look for survivors and lastly that watch should be on full alert." He replied crisplyr.

"Right, then." The big gunso frowned thoughtfully. "That means watch goes up to the Next, I don't care how or who but I want at least one of those assigned to the duty up top. Pass that on to the next shift when they come to replace you. Let the rest of your deckmates know just what we're looking for as well. Do any of you have any questions before I go down to ready sick bay for possible survivors?"

"No gunso." Kaito said in reply the orders were after all simple enough.

Junpei finished finagling with the rope and turned long enough to give a quick shake of his head to indicate that he did not. He'd been more than happy to 'up top' for his entire duty shift whether he had to be or not.

"Carry on then." Just as he turned to go, he bestowed a look of pride upon then all. "Well spotted, and well piped. Keep it up."

Then he turned and trotted off, already mentally planning the necessary steps to come.

"I'll let the two of you figure out who's going up on your own I best be going to tell the others what to keep an eye out for." He said glancing between the two men. "Call me if ya need anything."

With that Kaito bowed politely and went trotting over to join the other deckhands.
