Sagara harbor is the largest harbor in the Ivory Kingdoms, some would say it is the largest in the world. Ships from across the continent and beyond would find their way here to trade in valuables, and every year the harbor grew a little more until it was large enough to not only contain the shipping industry but a decently sized navy as well. The Golden days of Sagara harbor are behind it now however. With the collapse of the sudden Ivory Kingdoms there are few trade ships moored, and with the destruction of their navy there are only a few ocean going vessels left in a harbor that is filled with fishing boats, passenger boats, and pleasure yachts.

Built out of just as much stone as wood, Sagara harbor is meant to last the ages and three tall watch towers rise high into the sky, covered with pictures carved into the white stone depicting scenes of the Golden Age of the Ivory Kingdoms. High atop each Watch Tower is a constantly burning flame as well as a group of watchmen who keep an eye out for ships.

Much like the rest of the city, the harbor has become infested with lean-tos and tents. Most of the common people spend their days here, hoping to buy a meal or steal it. The shoddy work of much of these impromptu buildings stands out in stark contrast to the feeling of permanence that one feels when they look at the rest of the harbor.
