On O-Washi or general Rixy-ness

I think O-Washi was probably the most popular character on ship.

Keeping on topic to them - who did O-Washi like and dislike on ship?

I mentioned, it would have been only fitting if Jada was the one who killed Hoshi, in a one on one fight! Paranoid Scorpion was not paranoid enough.

O-washi started out being ok with pretty much everyone.

He spent a good while annoyed with Fuichi over the whole Dageki thing but then once "Hurricane Junpei" happened he had a brand new target for his ire.

Interestingly, if you were a Mantis you were instantly 'in', despite the war and all...he actually had Fascination: Mantis Clan. Of all those he talked to much, I think his favorite was Ram...he's going to toast that man's glorious demise with his latest batch of choice sake once he's somewhere with the shoreleave to do it.

I loved the library stuff. For a character whose background specified he was going against the family tradition and not becoming a historian I thought it amusing just how much fun those threads were

Funny you should ask about Jada. She's actually a follower of Kali-Ma and a distant (very distant) cousin of Jayant's, formerly of house Raviq. Had you brought friends to meet her that night (preferably male ones) she'd have put the moves on 'em and that poor sucker would have gotten jumped too, only a lot less likely to survive . Her initial reason for befriending Hoshi at all was because she and her grandfather wanted an 'in' with the Rokugani to find out if they were going to rescue the Maharaja or not.

This is why we don't associate with gaijin.
