[Afternoon, Moon 8, Armory] Pony Practice - Open

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"I would love that, thank you." Rinzuki looks back at the opposite wall, then takes a kneeling position atop a tattami mat. She smooths out her kimono after she is seated, then looks back up to Qulan expectantly.

[Shinjo Qulan]

Qulan took in a deep breath, falling into stance. Seeing as she now had an audience, Qulan tried her damnedest to show off her stuff. At least she was good at it. It was impressive to see the Shinjo technique in action, nonetheless. Well, most of it. The defensive parries they are known for excluded.

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Rinzuki watches the Shinjo's demonstration with clear interest, and she grins widely as it comes to an end. "That was wonderful! You must be like a little whirlwind in battle."

[Shinjo Qulan]

"Well, we certainly are Children of The Wind." Qulan grinned in reply. "So that description is most accurate, Rinzuki-chan."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"I'm surprised that people talk so much about the majesty of the kami. That was far more entertaining than anything I've ever asked the water kami to do." The shugenja's eyes had started to wander a bit.

[Shinjo Qulan]

"Well, you certainly can do a great deal of good with the kami, though. Swinging a sword might be an art, but it's purpose is to strike down foes." Qulan inspected her bokken as she spoke, as if for emphasis. "A katana cannot heal a man, no matter how hard you try. It also can't summon water or fire."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"Why Qulan-chan, I did not know you were a poet as well as a warrior." The shugenja smirks as she rests her hands on her own kneeling thighs. "You're just full of surprises, aren't you?"

[Shinjo Qulan]

"I'd like to think so. Being full of surprises that is. I don't want to be boring and predictable." The Shinjo said in a rather confident tone. Puffing out her chest in a dramatic fashion. "And I'd never wish to bore you, Rinzuki-chan."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Rinzuki giggles as she watches the other Unicorn. "Keep doing that, and I shall be entertained for hours."

[Shinjo Qulan]

"The AMAZING Sea Unicorn shall entertain you, then!" Qulan said with a large amount of humor. O-Washi sized. It seemed that the girl had regained her (oversized) confidence back.

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

The giggling threatens to overwhelm Rinzuki to the point that she is forced to cover her mouth and lower her head. When she finally recovers, there are small tears in the corner of her eyes. "Oh...oh my...are you going to do a little dance for me next?"

[Shinjo Qulan]

And then the Shinjo deflated. "Sadly, I do not know how to dance, I might trip over my feet and land on my face. I wouldn't want to do that, would I?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"It's just the two of us," she points out with a wide grin. "And we're already keeping each others' secrets, mmm?"

[Shinjo Qulan]

"Ah, well then." Qulan mentally prepared to embarrass herself. Instead, she ended up surprising even herself! Now, this was sure to impress.

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Though initially taken aback at how good Qulan's self-proclaimed untrained dancing was, Rinzuki soons finds herself lost in the other woman's movements. By the time the dance is reaching its conclusion, Rinzuki is leaning slightly forward, her expression one of clear desire.

[Shinjo Qulan]

Over her own initial shock, Qulan bowed in a dramatic fashion, as if after a show. And she stepped forward, closer to Rinzuki. "Well... What do you think... Rinzuki-chan? Are you alright?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Rinzuki takes a deep breath...and then reaches out, grabbing the front of Qulan's shirt and pulling her down into a deep, passionate kiss. Oh my.

[Shinjo Qulan]

Oh my indeed. As Takei-sama would say. Of course, that wasn't what was going through poor Qulan's head. Confusion, panic and how much she needed to breathe were. Her weak attempts to struggle were also quite pathetic. This was quite the unexpected development. For Qulan.

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Rinzuki eventually releases the other woman, pulling back just enough to make eye contact with her. The shugenja's breathing was a bit heavier than usual, and her hand snakes up to rest on Qulan's neck.

"That was a very good dance," she whispers in a sultry voice.

[Shinjo Qulan]

With eyes the size of rice bowls, the Shinjo meekly nodded as her voice definitely cracked in response. "Ah... Y-yes. Very good... Dance." The poor thing was partially horrified by the surprising experience.
