Sharing Spells

I've gotten a few questions regarding this and saw a minor kerfuffle in the OOC boards regarding the sharing of spells. Generally, it isn't allowed and is highly frowned down upon. However, there are two spells that are exceptions to this unwritten rule and that's Jade Strike and Path to Inner Peace. The first is fairly obvious and the second should be as well.

I hope this addresses people's concerns.
