(Mostly for the various mantis on board but if there is a open space on the boat others are free to come.)
Kaito made his way outside as soon as the afternoon lessons ended and headed towards one of the skiffs. He had discussed with some of his clan mates going to the Island to offer their prayers a bit earlier in the day and was not waiting for the others to arrive to leave.

A pair of bare feet come dangling from the rigging, shortly followed by the rest of the young Wasp who had kept to herself for the past few days, "Konnichiwa, you headed for the shrine?"

Kaito glances over at the sound he hadn't been able to find the young wasp this morning but he hadn't really looked too hard smiling he bowed a polite greeting. "Hai, that I am and perhaps a few of out cousins as well."
"This one is Yoritomo Kaito formerly of the Silver Lark. I don't think we've had much of a chance to meet as of yet."

"Uh yeah I suppose we haven't," she scratches the back of her neck, "I'm Tsuruchi Kiyo formerly of the Gentle Breeze ... Don't ask," she adds with an embarrassed smirk.

With her pipe in hand, Chihiroko approached the already gathered samurai and bowed. She wasn't one to interrupt an already progressing conversation.

Kaito flashes a grin. "I won't then Tsuruchi-san." He replies his eyes scanning the deck for the others. "You ever sail these waters before?"
Spotting the approaching Moshi at last he bows a greeting to her as well waiting for the wasp to answer before giving a proper greeting.

"Domo, never sail with a Doji..."
She shakes her head when asked about the Sea of Shadows, "I've never been this far north, it should be fun," she grins and nods to the Moshi, "Konnichiwa!"

"Tsuruchi-san, Yoritomo-san." She moved closer to the group to try and pick up on what they were discussing.

He didn't particularly ever want to sail with a crane as a captain they'd likely sink or something as equally dire. "Moshi-san." The mantis flashed the lady a smile. "I was just asking Tsuruchi-san here if she had ever taken a trip through the sea of shadows and getting proper introductions out of the way while we waited for you and spooks."

"Spooks?" she must have missed something, "Uhm ... nice to meet you Moshi-san ... -sama. I'm Tsuruchi Kiyo."

"Ah yeah spooks I heard some of the other crew referring to the other yoritomo recruit here as that. Figured it was easier to call him that then Yoritomo-san."
"Yoritomo Kaito here Moshi-san. Though if ya two figure it's easier with the other Yoritomo on board and all you can call me Kaito."

"Spooks and Kaito then," Kiyo nods, everyone is obviously in agreement, absentees are always in the wrong.

"Moshi Chihiroko. And this is my first time through the Sea of Shadows but not my first time sailing. It is a pleasure to meet you both. Formally." She turned to look for the other Yoritomo.

Choukichi does not make them wait long, announced by the clacking of the wooden charms hanging around his neck. He approaches the group of his clansmen with a pleasant smile, the proximity to the island having severly reduced his level of panic, to the point that he almost doesn't expect something bad to happen. He bows politely when he gets close.
"Afternoon everyone."

"Afternoon." Came the other Yoritomo's response as he glanced around the group. "Well I guess we are all here we ready to shove off or is there anything anyone needs ta do before we go?"

"Konnichiwa," the Tsuruchi greets the new arrival, her mismatched eyes studying the assortment of good luck charms dangling from her neck, This must be spooks then... This could be unpleasant...
"Nope I'm ready to go."

"I'm ready." She started off, not too particularly caring if the others were following behind her or not.
A curious glance was cast back at Choukichi.

When Kiyo turns to greet him, Choukichi's eyes go wide then immediately look away from her own, one hand grasps one of the ofuda around his neck and the other makes a quick motion against ill luck. Then proper preparations made against the ill fortune of being with someone cursed like Kiyo, he heads for the skiff.

Wonderful... at least he didn't turn in a circle and spit at my feet like that one Yasuki last month, Kiyo follows the Moshi, "I'm ready to go unless Spook-san thinks my presence will sink the boat."

"Tch, eyes like that aren't unlucky enough to sink a boat, maybe spring a leak, but not sink a whole boat."
He then makes another gesture to ward off the bad luck from talking about it.
