The morning once more found Rinzuki in the sick back, dressed in her sleeveless white kimono. While she was once again reading from a pillow book, she had apparently taken O-Washi's advice about not sitting on the surgical table. Instead, she was laying down on it on her front, her head propped up on one arm as her bare legs idly kick the air behind her.

Entering the sick bay, Kotsu pauses for a moment. He had come down to see the place and get a good idea of its layout. But the sight of someone laying on the surgical table threw him off. He narrows his eyes a little, as his mind wracks this situation carefully.
No mons. Not wearing a particular clan's colors.
"Ohayo, samurai-sama."

The woman looks up in surprise, then closes the book as she rolls off the table into a standing position. "Iuchi Rinzuki," she says, smiling warmly as she bows to the new arrival.
"Are you injured, or feeling a bit sick to your stomach?"

The Dragon offers a bow before answering the question.
"Not injured, nor has my stomach troubled me during my time aboard ship, Iuchi-sama. I merely wanted to get a look at sickbay. Oh, I am Kitsuki Kotsu."

"A pleasure, Kitsuki-sama." She smiles once again, and leans back against the surgery table. "I'm afraid that there really isn't much to see. Just a surgery table, some boxes of medical supplies, a few statues of the Fortunes, and a rather uninteresting Unicorn."

"Perhaps. But then again, knowing exactly what is here might prove useful in some future situation."
The Dragon then smiles.
"And why would you call yourself 'uninteresting' , Iuchi-sama?"

"Kitsuki-sama makes an excellent point." Rinzuki lifts her hand and pushes an invisible strand of hair back behind her ear. "You come from a Clan where the women have exotic tattooes, or enlightened souls, or a mystical understanding of the universe, don't you? Compared to all that, I must seem little more than an unwashed peasant."
There was a distinctly playful tilt to the edges of the shugenja's smile.

"Perhaps a life spent among the so-called extraordinary often makes the seemingly ordinary all the more fascinating, Iuchi-sama."
The Dragon grins once more.

Rinzuki laughs, and raises a hand to cover her blushing face as she turns her head to the side. "You could me off-guard and without my fan, Kitsuki-sama!"
A sparkling eye peeks out from between her fingers. "I think that's the first time anyone has ever caused me to blush by calling me 'ordinary.' How embarrassing!"

There is a momentary furrowing of the Dragon's brow.
"Ah, well. I...umm..that is..I did not mean to..um..cause you any embarrassment, Iuchi-sama."

"I just need a moment," she says, fanning herself with her free hand. "Oh my goodness."
