The impression brought a long laugh out of Rinzuki, who bobs her head in agreement. "Oh, I've heard the same thing from some of the Otaku. No matter how much time they spend in the bedroom, their husbands always feel like they're just a stand-in for a horse."

The mantis chuckles at that. "Well I can't say I blame them if all I hear about the Otaku are true." He replied as he finished placing out the fishing nets. "Did you want to try your hands at fishing poles while we wait or just continue conversation?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"I''ve never handled a pole before," she says with absolute innocence. "Can you show me how it works?"

[Yoritomo Kaito]

Oh it was sorely tempting to hop right on over and show the young woman just exactly how to properly use a pole after that line but instead he picks up one of the fishing pole and hands her the other. "It ain't too hard Iuchi-san lot easier then the nets at least and will give us something to do while we wait to haul the nets in." He says as he begins to instruct her on its proper use.

After some fiddling with the pole, Rinzuki finally manages to sort out which end is which, and exactly how such things were meant to be used.

She holds her hook out to Kaito. "Can you do the bait for me?"

[Yoritomo Kaito]

The man shrug. "I don't mind doing it this time but you might be wanting to learn how to do it yourself before long." He replies as he adeptly baits the fishing hook for her. "Seeing as you might not always go fishing with someone who knows the craft as well as I"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"If that is the case, I don't think that baiting a hook is going to be my biggest problem," she points out. "I'll drift out to sea, only to be devoured by tentacle monsters."

[Yoritomo Kaito]

Tentacle monster did she mean a squid? "While I won't leave out the possibility of that Iuchi-san I've never seen a squid quite large enough to eat a person though. Sharks on the other hand that's a completely different story."

Both hooks baited he tossed his line into the water. "Still though I suppose if ya don't want to learn you don't have to just be careful of who you decide to go fishing with."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"I don't mind learning," she says, her feet kicking slowly above her. "I'd just rather learn how to pilot the boat before I get around to putting works on hooks. Priorities and all."

[Yoritomo Kaito]

"You likely got your priorities straight on that account too." His eyes are drawn for a moment to the movement of her legs and he does not fail to note that this way of lounging was quite a bit more enticing when the young unicorn did it then when the Phoniex had the day before.

"I do have to say it's a tad bit easier to learn to bait a hook then sail a ship though"

"The ship doesn't wiggle and get ship guts on you, though." She smirks playfully as she favors him with a wink. "Not that I mind digging around inside things when there's a time for it, but ritual purifications take time, you know?"

[Yoritomo Kaito]

"I suppose you're right on that account." The mantis replied reach down to wash his hands off in the water. Wondering for a minute if the woman was as innocent as she seemed or not and if really mattered at all if she wasn't.

"What of yourself though Iuchi-san? You asked if I had children are you married with lil ones yourself?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"Oh, no," she says, quickly shaking her head. "Not even engaged, if you can believe it."

[Yoritomo Kaito]

The mantis raised a slight eyebrow at that. "Huh so the nakado haven't gotten hold of you either then? Or are the Unicorn allowed a little leeway in finding a match until you turn 22 like the mantis are?" He replies his eyes snapping to the pull as he feels something begin to tug upon it.

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"My parents are dead." She raises one hand and starts to tick off her fingers one by one. "As are my aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins...the Iuchi took a heavy toll after the events at the capital."

With a shrug, Rinzuki folds her hands back under her chin. "It's more or less become my responsibility, for lack of anyone else being alive to say otherwise."

[Yoritomo Kaito]

The mantis nodded slightly not quite sure how to respond to the unicorns revelation. His family was still all alive for the most or at least they were the last time he checked. Sure he had no idea where most of em were at the moment but still.

"Well." he said eye's still focused on the slightly jostling rod. "I wish you luck with it then. Though if you are anything like me you aren't in too much of a rush for it?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"Not really, no." Her feet continue to slowly kick the air. "I rather like not having to worry about running a household or making sure the children are fed, or any of that stuff. Not that I wouldn't mind it eventually, but...I just feel too young for all of that now."

[Yoritomo Kaito]

"I can understand your sentiments there when you're young it feels like you should be out exploring not settling down and having children yet." With a sudden shout the mantis hops to his feet in the boat and pulls hard on the rod several moments later pulling out a rather good sized fish from the water. Unhooking it and bashing its head against the boat to knock it unconscious he tosses it to part of the small boat behind him.

Regaining his seat he looks back at the woman as he rebaits his hook and casts it out. "Do you plan on having a lot of children Iuchi-san or perhaps just a few? Or have you not thought about it too much yet?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Rinzuki claps in excitement as Kaito catches the fish, and settles back down into a normal sitting position once the fish is subdued.

"I don't know...how many do you think I can have? With my hips, I mean."

[Yoritomo Kaito]

Kaito not one to give up a chance to ogle an attractive young lady looked the unicorn over for a few moments speculatively before answering. "I'm not a expert on the subject but I'd say 2 or 3 maybe more if you like but it just might ruin your figure."

"Course I really don't know much on the matter just that my mum had seven and she's a bit stouter then yourself."
