[Moon 7, Evening, Sick Bay] Drunken Crab

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Though Rinzuki tried to remain upset and serious, Himiko falling over was the last straw, and soon she was giggling at the situation as well.

[Yasuki Himiko]

After a minute or so, Himiko finally recovered and looked to Rinzuki, grinning like the madwoman many would say she was. "My apologies, Iuchi-san, I shouldn't laugh at yer expense like that. Happens to the best of us, though, neh?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"So I'm told," she giggles, her hands smoothing out the wet silk of her kimono in an attempt to dry it out a bit. "I guess we're both done with the party now, aren't we?"

[Yasuki Himiko]

Himiko rises and nods. "Yeah, likely. Sleep is starting to sound surprisingly welcome, I think."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"That may not be a bad idea," Rinzuki says as she pulls herself up to her feet, one hand leaning against the wall. "I think I'm just tipsy enough to say something stupid anyways."

[Yasuki Himiko]

"Somethin' stupid?" Himiko actually sounded slightly curious, but that may have been the booze talking. "Like what?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"Oh, I'll start trying to get you back on the topic of your magic hands, and then there will be no stopping me." She grins playfully, and then taps at her lips with a finger from her free hand.

[Yasuki Himiko]

And then came the confused blink. "What about my magic hands...?" She looked at her two hands, which were clenched into fists, and seemed to be waiting for them to light on fire or something.

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

That brought another giggle from Rinzuki, and she left her steady wall to take a step towards the door, her hand moving to Himiko's shoulder to brace herself.

"You said they were magic out on deck," she reminds her. "While you were drinking."

[Yasuki Himiko]

"I did...?" She seemed severely confused, then began throwing a couple of punches in the air. "Huh..."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

A surprised Rinzuki takes a step backwards, nearly managing to fall down once again.

"Careful!" She manages to regain her balance, and removes the hand from Himiko's shoulder to smooth out her wet kimono once more. "...can't just start punching while a lady is that close to you."

[Yasuki Himiko]

Himiko laughs a bit. "I'm a damn good fighter, Iuchi-san. Not gonna punch somethin' I ain't meanin ta punch."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"Yeah?" She steps closer, snaking one hand around Himiko's nearest arm. "Good. You can protect me from any tentacle monsters we run across down here."

[Yasuki Himiko]

Himiko chuckled a bit, not moving expressly away from the Unicorn, but not really moving closer or anything. "Damn straight," she murmured, "Any tentacle monster we see's gonna get it's ass kicked."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

"You can be my yojimbo," Rinzuki smiles warmly as she moves closer. "At least for tonight, if you want."

[Yasuki Himiko]

Himiko blinked a bit. "Wait... why would you need a yojimbo tonight...?"

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

She tilts her head a bit to the side as she regards the Crab woman. "For the tenacle monsters."

Another giggle.

"You really are drunk."

[Yasuki Himiko]

"Oh... right..." She began moving drunkenly towards the exit to the exit of the sick bay. "Damn I need some sleep..."

[Iuchi Rinzuki]

Rinzuki relinquishes her hold on Himiko, but still remains by her side.

"Let's see about getting you into bed, then, hmm?"

[Yasuki Himiko]

Himiko nodded carefully. "Hai, let us get back to the barracks..."
