Once per round, a Cultist can choose to power their dark spells with the blood of someone they have damaged in a previous round instead of themselves. The Destroyer must make a contested Spellcraft/Willpower roll against the target's IR + Earth/Earth. Upon success, they drain a number of wounds with dr XkX where X is their Cultist School Rank. This action cannot be hidden, as the blood visibly pours from the victim toward the Cultist in the form of red energy.
