Housed at the heart of midship to make it as steady as possible, the Half Moon's sickbay is small but well-stocked. It houses only two berths, each equipped with particularly high walls and tethers, the better to keep a patient in place should the water grow rough. A table, similarly equipped, is attached to the wall but most often folded up to lock in place, brought down only when needed for surgery or bonesetting. Twin statues of Jizo and Jurojin look over the space form niches above the berths, tended daily in all but the worst conditions.
