She's going to love this... [Mid-Morning, Day 4]

[Akodo Jishaku]

Guessing that the gunso would be taking her hot meal of the day on board, Jishaku made his way to the kitchens to deliver the message he had been entrusted with. Entering the galley he looked around to see if his guess was the right one.

[Moshi Kaimenko]

The stern-faced woman was a creature of habit and she was sitting at the table, eating her breakfast and enjoying a (mostly) quiet ship. She had a book open and was reading as one of the ship's cats attacked her foot.

[Akodo Jishaku]

Oh good....I suppose. He made his way over to the gunso's table and gave her a respectful bow. "Good morning Moshi-gunso. My apologies for the interruption but I carry a message from the Captain."

[Moshi Kaimenko]

"Spit it out then," she glares from over her book.

[Akodo Jishaku]

Right you are. "The ship that destroyed the one our gaijin survivor was on is here in port." He gives its location and the description of the blue flag with four hands.

[Moshi Kaimenko]

"Lovely," she drawls before sighing with a shake of her head, "I'll have a watch put on it."

[Akodo Jishaku]

Jishaku bows. "I shall disturb you no longer gunso." He waits for dismissal, idly wondering if the cat realised how much danger it was probably in.

[Moshi Kaimenko]

The Moshi waves the man away as the kitten nips at the woman's ankle. Kaimenko frowns, but resists the urge to boot it in the gut.
