I hear Bayushi get's all the hot meals. (Day 1 Evening )

[Agasha Qian-Fan]

Qian-fan peered at the possibly offending item.

"I don't think so. Just some white fish. If it flakes when you rub it then it's fish, if not . . . probably shellfish."

Not one of those with a problem with shellfish is he?

[Kakita Sugita]

"Ah. OK. Thanks." The 'fish' is consumed eagerly. "I don't see a problem with these clothes. Well... Storms maybe. You can see how thin these clothes are when soaking wet and clingy, that's for sure."

[Agasha Qian-Fan]

Another slight blush.

"I can well imagine that, Kakita-san. I can see the practicality of such clothing, but I do not think I will ever dispel the feeling of not being properly clothed."

[Volsung]

He nods at that. "Okay then! I will be there tomorrow morning. Also on spices... is a mild, a hot, or a..oh...7 out of 10 preferred?" He smiles somewhat devilishly with the question.

Supaisu looked back down at the food, regaining her demure composure. "Whatever Usagi-sama believes is appropriate."

[Kakita Sugita]

"But you are properly clothed." He gestures all around. "For a ship."

[Agasha Qian-Fan]

"For a ship yes. I would be turned out of a Phoenix Temple for wearing these things though."

He sighed.

"What is right in one place is seldom right in another."

[Kakita Sugita]

"Yep..." Hm, how would Sugita fit in the courts? ... Oh, right, NO. With no outward reason, Sugita starts chuckling.

[Agasha Qian-Fan]

Qian-Fan blinks, not entirely sure what the Kakita is laughing at but hoping it isn't him. He also glances at the Usagi momentarily.

"So, Kakita-san, Akodo-sama, how did you come to be part of the Ninth Legion?"

Sounds better when you put Legion on the end, otherwise it almost sounds like we're . . .

[Akodo Amuro]

"Duly noted, Kakita-san. It is a difficult memory for those of us who were there."

"I recall being there my self." the Akodo says the cheer leaving his voice for a moment as if remembering why he had left

"So, Kakita-san, Akodo-sama, how did you come to be part of the Ninth Legion?"

"I was assigned to the legion a year ago, after... " Careful "...being advised to by my previous commander, as well as reccomendation from Lord Akodo. I was asked to serve in what capacity I could, and as I had an inkling I would eventually be assigned to a ship, I decided to devote some of my spare time into learning skills that would be necessary."

[Usagi Zenko]

Supaisu looked back down at the food, regaining her demure composure. "Whatever Usagi-sama believes is appropriate."

He shakes his head. "That is where my knowledge fails me...perhaps I'll bring all three tomorrow morning, and you can show me which, if any, the larder is lacking."

He sighs, then puts out his plate to collect his evening ration, and cup to collect his tea. "May Inari-kami smile upon you," he says with a smile as the food is given him, before then going to sit at a table and eat.

[Volsung]

Supaisu remains deferential to the Usagi and nods her head in agreement to what he says. "Arigato samurai-sama. May Inari-kami bless you."

[Kakita Sugita]

Qian-Fan blinks, not entirely sure what the Kakita is laughing at but hoping it isn't him. He also glances at the Usagi momentarily.

"So, Kakita-san, Akodo-sama, how did you come to be part of the Ninth Legion?"

Sugita nods at the Lion when he's finished and contributes his own story. "I was serving in the Crane merchant fleet. A sailor from the Imperial Legions, a recruiter apparently, found me during shore leave. Next thing I knew..." He points at the floor.
