Alright. If any of you have any questions about my NPCs or my GMing in general, put it up here.

This was my first time GMing an L5R PbP and it was an interesting experience. I couldn't call it a completely new experience, because I do have experience in playing and running PbPs, just usually of a different vein than a sub-domain committed to one game. It was new having to keep track of 20+ players though and I think my inexperience showed a bit there. But hey, live and learn.

I had a feeling Cook was pulling Hoshi's leg on her story...

You don't have to GM a PBP before to know that it's a very tough job, attentiveness and time schedules are a killer alone. You have my kudos for your job here, especially as the 'new guy'. :)

Cook was actually a mad experiment of mine of what happens when you combine Compulsion: Lie with Rumormonger. :)

Thanks for playing and having fun with it.

She had the best stories.

And even I don't know how many of them were actually true. I can guarantee that any stories she told about the other crew was completely false. Her own history though? *shrugs* The world may never know.

That was one of my favorites.

Just between that level of bizarre and possible.

Though I was happy with her rumor about O-Washi though. That was just a whole bunch of "wut".

Enjoyed my conversations with Jayant, I thought they had a nice progression and developed well. Any thoughts on Cub from the gaijin's perspective?

I still feel that Jayant was the big enemy in the shadows. He was so suspicious! Kept coming on our ship like he was crew!

Jayant thought he was interesting, and someone that was could be made willing to help in some way, unlike many of his fellows. So he liked him for that reason. But he seemed a smart guy who didn't just dismiss everything that wasn't Rokugani just because it wasn't Rokugani, something many of his fellows didn't seem willing to do. Honestly Jayant isn't certain that Rokugan is gonna make it if Kali-Ma goes after them, after his brief experiences with them.

Plus you were another true sailor. Not someone who got stuck on a boat, so he was liked Jishaku pretty well.

He just missed his ship and crew mostly, and since he was basically a foreign ambassador he had some reason to be there so he decided to use it. :)
