On one of the sides of the market street I take out my flute. I give it a once over with my eyes, content that it is fit to play. I am not in my armor today, just my hakama and kimono. Hopefully that means I will not startle the locals quite so much. I begin to play a song I particuarly like, a soft pace that slowly builds up. I had heard it originally in the Dragon lands in Winter but had since heard it even in Mantis lands. It was titled The awakening of Spring and I had found it to be a good way of warming up a crowd. Perhaps I would be able to better use this today to meet some locals, hear some gossip and then ask a few questions. The song feels natural for me to play today

On the wind and not too far away a gentle but uplifting flute song can be heard. It is rather well played but most interestingly Yoritomo will probably recognise the instrument, perhaps even the song.

Flute roll (didn't call raises though! D'oh. Hopefully a good enough score to be heard even with all the noise generated by a market though!)

(ooc: please can we halt this thread for a second. Quite likely Tomoe will die in one just a bit earlier now. Fight unexpectedly broke out. Hmmm)
