They were to be leaving tonight and while Kaito wanted to get back aboard ship a goodly number of hours before they left he figured he might as well enjoy one more bath before they left. Spending a short time in the cleaning area washing away the days grime he moves towards the communal baths slipping into the warm waters with a exhaled breath. Soon they would finally be free of the accursed place.

Someone else with the same idea? I watch as the man enters, recognising him immediately. I politely wait until he is settled, avoiding looking at him and doing my best to quietly reach for my towel. "Good evening Kaito-san. We meet here again" I call out

Kaito glanced up at the sound of his name spotting the woman in the baths he flashed a smile. "Evening Mirumoto-san." He said in reply not seeming to mind that she used his name with out permission. Maybe that meant she liked him? "I see we had the same idea."

"Mmmm..." I reply simply, nodding once. I wonder if his friend is about like last time too? It is a little awkward to talk to two Yoritomo at the same time as I have to use their first name but... talking to just one in the baths like this is making me nervous. I lower myself in the water a little bit until it is up to my lower lip. I'll just stay like this for a bit maybe

Kaito smiled slightly as the woman sank into the water it looked like the young lady was a little embarrassed. "This bath is likely the best part about this place. I think I'll miss it a little when out at sea." He said lazily his eyes closing as he leaned his head back.

"I shall miss these baths too" I reply, nodding my head. I miss the bath I had on the first day here the most. It was quiet and peaceful and nobody came. NO. I need to be more social. Bad Tomoe. "Eto..." I tried to think of something. "Will you miss anything else?"

"Oh not particularly, had about all the fun here I could and now it's time to return to the sea. Though I would of liked to tear that damned temple down before we left it wasn't to be." He said as he stifled a small yawn. "What of yourself anything in particular you'll miss from here?"

I would have liked to also. Perhaps the attacking army will do it? I heard gossip they destroy everything. Even their own. "I will be glad to be gone" I say with a small sigh as I finally sit up a bit. "Perhaps being able to wear a kimono without worrying about it becoming dirty or hindering my duties". I go silent again, twiddling my thumbs over the towel under the water as I think about what to say next. The weather? No. The day before? Too many deaths. The journey ahead? Possibly dangerous and depressing. Blurgh

"Don't like our navy uniforms then Mirumoto-san?" He asked opening a single eye to look at the woman. "They do a fine job of keeping out of the way ya know."

I nod meekly "Y-yes... I know. One of the Scorpion explained that too..." They are just a little undignified for me and in general being on a ship is so revealing. I should start wearing them though. "I will get used to them". I fiddle with my hair. Oh... not again. It's completely wet again. I look towards the Mantis and then I sink back into the water. I hate Lanka. Hate it. Would this be another terrible day?

"It would be best to, Moshi-gunso will have your hide if she see's ya running about the deck in a kimono." He replied as his eyes closed once again maybe the woman would be less nervous if he wasn't staring. "To easy to get it caught and something and cause trouble for you and everyone else."

"I'll do that then" I say with a tiny sigh. It is good advice. I have met that woman before. She appeared very stern. "Any other tips?"

A line like that left the mantis any number of inappropriate comments available and it took a effort for him to leave them unsaid. "Well I'm not to sure what they taught you on the last boat so I don't know exactly where to start... Any type of tip you are looking for in particular?"

I raise a hand to stiffle a laugh that escapes me. "If I knew what type of tips I needed then I could probably think of then myself..." I send the man a smile, relaxing a bit. "I mean, was there ever anything you struggled with or that was a surprise to learn on ship?"

The mantis could think of at least one tip the lady needed almost immediately but she's probably try and stick her katana in his guts if he mentioned that. So he sat a moment thinking before he answered. "We'll I had a bit of trouble with the lessons on medicine when I arrived. But I figured out if ya just hurt em a bit when ya try and fix em it works better."

"That doesn't quite make sense to me now... but I will try and remember it" I reply stoically, touching my lip in thought. What an odd thing. I go back to lounging in the water. That wasn't too bad

"Yeah it didn't seem to make too much sense to me either, but when I stopped trying to be gentle everything seemed to work a lot better." He said with certainty. "That's likely why medicine always tastes bad as well."

"That much is certainly true" I reply unexpectedly, thinking the point was made. I am still slow to get a feel for a conversation. I ponder his words. "Sorry, I'm not too good with medicine. I tend to want to inflict wounds rather than heal them"

Kaito chuckled slightly as the woman apologized. "No need for apologizin Mirumoto-san, one can't be good at everything after all. I tend to be better at using weapons then stitching wounds myself. Isawa-Gunso just might try giving ya a bit of a lesson on wound tending so I figured I'd mention it"

"Ah, alright. Thanks Kaito-san" I reply smoothly, understanding better. The water is soooo nice. I really, really will miss this. "It is a shame we cannot load this building onto the ship. Such a shame..." I chuckle and it turns into a full laugh. I find my own comment unexpectedly funny. I try to cover my laughter and shut up. I probably sound stupid. "Ahahhaa... aha... we... hahaha... we will stop off again somewhere and can get baths there I'm sure. Right?"
